At KUNDAN, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Cost

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders (if applicable).
  • Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

KUNDAN is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Damaged Package

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
